Demo-Focused Adult Sessions
(Best for observing, learning flavor techniques, layering, or minimal prep at the library)
- 1. Flavor Infusion Techniques – Oils, vinegars, herbs; demo layering and infusing flavors.
- 2. Super Salads – Layering textures, flavors, and nutrition; participants observe assembly ideas.
- 3. Homemade Soup Basics – Flavor-building, seasoning, and vegetable prep; take-home recipe provided.
- 4. Egg Cooking Techniques – Boiling, poaching, soft vs. hard; participants observe and discuss finishing at home.
- 5. Spice Blending & Rubs – Measuring, mixing, and exploring flavor profiles.
- 6. Quick & Easy Weeknight Dinners – Prep techniques, flavor layering, and finishing ideas.
- 7. Quick & Easy Spreads for Creative Sandwiches – Flavor combinations, layering, and spreading techniques.
- 8. Flatbread & Soup Pairing – Prep, rolling, and flavoring; participants watch assembly demonstrations.
- 9. DIY Energy Balls – Mixing, rolling, and flavoring (can be adapted to a hands-on session).
- 10. Guacamole, Pico & Mexican Corn Salad – Mash, mix, and season demonstration.

Hands-On Adult Sessions
(Participants actively prep, roll, fold, layer, or mix during class; most items are taken home to finish cooking.)
- 1. Stuffed Pasta Workshop (Ravioli, Tortellini) – Roll, fill, and fold; take-home boil/fry instructions.
- 2. Pierogi Workshop – Make dough, fill, fold, and crimp; take-home boil or pan-fry instructions, plus cooking demo.
- 3. Mini Empanadas – Roll dough, fill, fold, and crimp; take home to bake.
- 4. Apple & Goat Cheese Phyllo Triangles – Assemble and take home to bake.
- 5. Quiche Workshop – Assemble crust and filling; take home to bake.
- 6. Spinach & Feta Spanakopita – Assemble and take home to finish.
- 7. Traditional Stuffed Mushrooms – Prepare and take home to cook.
- 8. Garlic Knots – Make dough, roll, shape, brush with flavored butter; take home to bake.
- 9. DIY Energy Balls – Mix, roll, and flavor (may contain nuts).
- 10. Homemade Tortillas & Pico de Gallo – Make and roll tortillas; chef preps toppings and demos cooking.
- 11. Pork Wontons Workshop – Fill, fold, and take home to cook.
- 12. Fresh Mozzarella – Stretch and shape; take home to enjoy or use in recipes.
- 13. Veggie Spring Rolls – Fill, roll, and fold; take home to cook. Cooking demo included.
- 14. Homemade Flatbread & Tzatziki – Make and roll dough; take home to cook. Includes tzatziki demo.
Kids & Teen Class Menu
Kids (5–9) Hands-On Sessions
(Fun, interactive sessions focusing on basic assembly, layering, and simple mixing.)
- 1. Dessert “Pizza” – Cookie/cracker base, yogurt/cream cheese, fruit toppings.
- 2. Overnight Oats – Layer oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, fruit in jars.
- 3. Pancakes – Make batter to take home to cook. Demo of cooking them.
- 4. Animal Crackers – Dough is rolled out, then cut and layered out to bake at home.
- 5. No-Bake Granola Bars – Kids mix and press oats, nut butter, honey, and toppings into molds.
- 6. Pizza Dilla (Pizza Quesadilla) – Tortilla, pizza sauce, cheese, toppings; fold & take home to heat.
- 7. Fruit Kabobs – Skewer colorful fruit; teaches safe cutting and assembly.
- 8. Mini Yogurt Parfaits – Layer yogurt, granola, fruit; decorate and take home.
- 9. Energy / Bliss Balls (Decorate) – Oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate chips; roll and decorate.
- 10. Energy / Bliss Balls (Roll) – Oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate chips; roll (may contain nuts).
- 11. Measuring & Mixing Recipes – Blueberry or chocolate chip muffins (take-home baking).
- 12. DIY Trail Mix – Kids mix and portion pre-portioned ingredients into snack bags.
- 13. Let’s Make Some Dirt! – Creating dirt pudding with whip cream mousse and gummy worms.
Preteen / Teen (10–17) – Hands-On Sessions
(Participants actively prep, mix, shape, and fill; items are taken home for final baking or cooking.)
- 1. Cinnamon Buns / Rolls – Make the dough, roll out, add filling; take home to bake.
- 2. Overnight Oats – Layer oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and fruit in jars.
- 3. Breakfast Burritos – Tortilla, cheese, pre-cooked eggs; participants wrap & take home.
- 4. Pancakes – Participants make the batter and take home to cook.
- 5. Crepes – Participants make the batter; chef demos cooking, folding, and filling.
- 6. No-Bake Granola Bars – Mix ingredients (oats, nut butter, honey, fruit) and press into molds.
- 7. Pizza Dilla (Pizza Quesadilla) – Roll the tortilla, sauce, cheese, fold; take home to heat.
- 8. Garlic Knots – Make pizza dough, shape into knots; take home to bake with garlic butter.
- 9. Pizza Pockets – Participants roll out dough and fill it; take home to bake.

- 11. Spice Blending – Combine simple spice mixes (taco, cinnamon sugar); make 3 spice blends.
- 12. Avocado Toast – Teach mashing, spreading, and seasoning avocado with various toppings.
