Platform access begins on June 20 and the program runs through September 7 β€” 4 months of full access included.

Libraries should order by June 20 to receive kits by July 8. All kits are scheduled for delivery on or before July 8.

Libraries can submit a Purchase Order (PO) and receive an invoice afterward. Payment terms allow up to 1 month maximum after invoicing β€” no payment is required at the time of ordering.

Library Chef will send an invoice and provide shipping and delivery updates. All kits are delivered on or before July 8.

Yes β€” libraries already subscribed to the Library Chef platform receive discounted pricing on the passport program.

Renewal is optional. Platform access ends after 4 months unless the library chooses to continue. Libraries interested in continuing can contact Library Chef for discounted yearly subscription pricing.
